Elevate your culinary experience with Pahadi Special Kheere Ka Raita. This regional delight adds a refreshing twist by blending yogurt with cucumber, aromatic spices, and a touch of mint, transforming a simple dish into a flavorful and cooling treat.

Step 1

In a mortar and pestle pound all the ingredients except the cucumber.

Step 2

Make a coarse paste. You can use a grinder as well.

Take curd in a bowl. Grate the cucumber and add to the curd.

Add the coarse paste to the curd, mix it well and your Pahadi raita is ready to be enjoyed.
