Boozy Prosecco-Soaked Strawberries For Party Treats

These simple drunken strawberries are the perfect treat to take on your next girls’ night or brunch party; and make a darn good addition to your charcuterie board.

INGREDIENTS

500 grams fresh strawberries 1 bottle Prosecco/sparkling wine ¼ cup organic raw sugar

METHOD

Wash and pat dry your strawberries and leave the tops on them.

METHOD

Add to a bowl and pour over the Prosecco until the fruit is fully submerged.

METHOD

Allow this to sit in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

METHOD

Remove the strawberries from the Prosecco and pat them dry gently.

METHOD

Roll them in the sugar on all sides and arrange on a platter. Serve immediately.
