Boozy Chai Latte: Get High On Chai

Ingredients 2 cups water 2 tsp tea 3 to 4 cloves 5 cardamom pods 2 cinnamon sticks 1 tsp ground ginger 2 cups milk   2 strips orange peel 4 oz old monk

Step 1

Heat a pan and add water. Add tea and all spices. Boil.

Step 2

Allow the mixture to steep for 10 to 12 minutes and then, add milk. 

Step 3

Turn off the flame and let it stay for some time. 

Step 4

Add old monk and with a blender, blend until frothy.  

Step 5

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve warm.
