Boozy Aam Panna Popsicle To Relish On Hot Summer Days

Frozen desserts on a stick are a life saver during the scorching weather and what better way to make it adult-friendly than to add a touch of booze to it! These aam panna popsicles spiked with gin or tequila are perfect to cool you down as well as give you a heady buzz.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups homemade aam panna concentrate ½ cup fresh mint 90 ml gin/tequila 1 tablespoon matcha powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons sugar ¼ cup water

STEP 1

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to a smooth consistency.

STEP 2

Using a ladle, pour the mixture into popsicle moulds carefully to avoid spillage.

STEP 3

Stick the moulds into the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.

STEP 4

Unmould the popsicles and store in a container for up to 7 days or serve immediately.
