4 cups Whole Wheat Flour 200g Paneer 300ml Water Salt to taste 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp Jeera Powder

In a mixer, add paneer, spices and salt and water as required to make a paste. Transfer the paste to a bowl and add atta, mix well. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for some time.

Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll them with the help of a rolling pin.

On a hot tawa, cook the chapati on high to medium flame on both sides. Grease it with some homemade desi ghee. Its ready! Enjoy as is or with yoghurt or chutney of your choice.
