Rosemary tea is a refreshing herbal drink packed with antioxidants and known for its potential memory-boosting properties. Simple to make, this tea brings an earthy, pine-like aroma to your day.
You’ll need 1-2 fresh rosemary sprigs (or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary) and 1 cup of water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add the rosemary to the hot water and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes. This extracts the aroma and beneficial compounds.
Strain the tea into a cup, discarding the rosemary leaves. Optionally, add honey or lemon for extra flavour. Sip the warm tea slowly to enjoy its soothing properties.
