Golden milk, commonly referred to as turmeric latte, is a tasty and nutritious beverage brewed with turmeric and other spices.
2 cups milk (can use almond or coconut milk for a vegan option) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Take a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Add turmeric, cinnamon and ginger.
Now black pepper to the milk and whisk until everything is well combined. Add honey or maple syrup (if using) and whisk again for another minute.
Now Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a mug. Garnish with cinnamon powder.
