Boost Immunity With This Dry Fruit Milk This Winter Season

Dry fruit milk is known to have a plethora of health benefits for our body, especially during the winter season.  

Besides keeping the body warm, dry fruits milk provides a boost to your immunity and also has benefits for hair, skin and nails. 

Ingredients

2 Dates 2 Anjeer 5 Almonds 4 Walnuts 2 tsp sesame seeds 4-5 kesar strands ½ tsp cardamom powder ¼ tsp cinnamon powder 1 cup milk 

Soak all the nuts, dry fruits and seeds overnight

In the morning, peel the almond skin, de-seed the dates and grind all together. 

Now in a cup add cardamom powder and cinnamon powder. Add 2 tsp of the ground paste followed by milk.  

Stir well and serve.
