Bread slices Butter Green chutney Tomato ketchup Mashed potatoes Sliced cucumber Sliced onion Chaat masala Slice of cheese
Boil potatoes until soft. Season with salt, chat masala, and red chilli powder to taste.
Spread butter on one side of a bread slice.
Spread green chutney on the other side of the bread slice.
Layer the mashed potatoes, cucumber slices, and onion slices on the chutney side.
Add a slice of cheese and place another slice of buttered bread on top.
Grill the sandwich on a griddle or in a toaster until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
