Made with mined meat, spices and eggs, this Dawoodi Bohra recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Here’s the easy-peasy recipe you need to whip it up.

Ingredients

1 cup minced meat, boiled 4 eggs 1 cup garlic greens, finely chopped ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp garlic, mined ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ cup butter Salt, to taste

Step 1

Heat the butter in a grill pan, then add the boiled keema and saute it.

Add the garlic, cumin powder and black pepper powder and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now, make four gaps in the minced meat mix and break the eggs into each.
