Planning to grab a stout in the evening? How about mixing it with a little champagne to make this delicious cocktail called Black Velvet?
It is said that the drink was created by a bartender in mid 18th century London to mourn the death of of Britain's former queen, Queen Victoria's Prince consort
30ml stout 30ml champagne
Take a wine flute or any glass of your choice, and slowly pour the champagne first
Top it off with a generous splash of stout.
Always pour stout slowly and carefully on top of an upside-down tablespoon placed over the glass to avoid mixing both layers.
