Drinking black tea helps in increasing fat oxidation and boosting metabolism which is beneficial for weight loss. If you are also trying to shed some kilos, give it a try..
2 cups water 1 tsp black tea leaves 1/4 tsp lemon drops 1/4 tsp honey Few mint leaves
Heat water in a saucepan and add black tea leaves. Bring it to a boil.
Simmer or steep well for 5 minutes and switch off the flame. Strain the black tea concentrate into a cup.
Let it turn lukewarm. Add few drops of lemon extract along with mint leaves. Then add honey while consuming. Stir and serve.
