Milk pudding is a fun and delicious dessert to make at home! It is super rich and soft; one bite and it melts into your mouth. You can also swap for coconut milk if you want a lactose-free alternative.
4 cups milk ½ cup cornstarch 8 tbsps sugar 2 tsp vanilla Milk powder for coating 2 tsp coconut oil 1 ½ cups chocolate
Start by mixing cornstarch with 1/2 cup of milk to form a slurry.
In a pot, combine the remaining milk, sugar, and vanilla. Bring it to a boil.
Add the cornstarch slurry to the boiling mixture and whisk until a thick consistency is achieved.
Pour the mixture into greased containers and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
While the pudding chills, melt the chocolate with coconut oil.
Dust a chopping board with milk powder and grease the knife with oil.
Flip the set of milk pudding onto the dusted board and cut it into approximately 3 by 3 cm cubes.
Coat all the cubes with milk powder.
Pipe melted chocolate on top of the cubes and place them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
