A delightful, layered dessert combining the crunch of biscuits with creamy, chocolatey goodness. It's super easy to make, perfect for any occasion!
200g digestive biscuits 500ml milk 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder 4 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons corn flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 50g butter
Take biscuits of your choice and crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a blender.
Now, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and cornflour with milk. Heat until thickened.
Add sugar, cornflour, and vanilla extract to 250 ml of milk. Heat until thickened.
Now take a bowl and layer crushed biscuits, followed by a layer of chocolate pudding, then vanilla pudding.
Repeat the layering process until the ingredients are on top of the bowl.
Now, to set the pudding, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or biscuit crumbs before serving. Enjoy this easy and delicious biscuit marble pudding!
