Bhel puri is a mouthwatering snack that every Indian loves. Prepared in no time, it is a great accompaniment of tea on weekend evenings.

2 cups puffed rice, 1/2 cup sev, 1/4 cup roasted masala chana dal, 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, 8 crisp papdis, 1 onion, 2 potatoes, 2 green chillies, salt to taste, ¼ cup green chutney, 1/2 cup tamarind chutney, 2 tbsp garlic and red chilli chutney, 1 tsp lemon juice, ¼ fresh coriander leaves

Boil potatoes and cut into bite sized pieces.

Combine murmura, onion, chana dal, peanuts, potatoes, green chillies, half of the sev and mix well.

Add crushed puris, salt and mix well. Add the 3 chutneys, lemon juice and mix again.

Garnish with chopped coriander and the remaining sev. Serve.
