Chukandar juice, made with nutrient-rich beetroots, is known for its vibrant colour and impressive health benefits. To make yourself a healthy and refreshing summer drink, try this chukandar juice recipe.
2 beetroots 1 apple (optional) 1 ginger 1/2 lemon Water as required
Rinse beetroots, apple, and ginger. Peel the beetroots and ginger, and chop them.
Blend all the chopped ingredients together till smooth.
Strain the juice to remove pulp and add a squeeze of lemon.
Stir well, pour into a glass, and serve.
