Bellini Rum Punch: The Perfect Combo Of Wine And Rum

This refreshing twist on a classic bellini packs a bunch of flavours. It adds light and dark rum for effect, and taste, and is simply perfect for summers. 

Ingredients

1 cup Frozen peaches 1/4 cup Light rum 1 Bottle prosecco 2 ounce Dark rum  

Step 1

Blend together the frozen peaches and light rum. Divide equally between 4 champagne flutes. Top with the prosecco or champagne. 

Step 2

Using a spoon, gently top each glass with an equal portion of the dark rum float.

Step 3

Garnish the punch with fresh peach slices and serve
