This famous cocktail was created in 1948 in the city of Venice, Italy. Here is the recipe to make Bellini at home.
2 fluid ounces peach juice, 4 fluid ounces chilled sparkling wine, 1 tablespoon raspberry juice
Pour peach juice into a champagne flute. Slowly pour sparkling wine over peach juice.
Let it sit for about a minute. Pour raspberry juice over champagne mixture and enjoy.
