New Year 2025 has brought hopes of a better tomorrow with it, and people are jumping with joy to start this year with a clean slate. How about celebrating this new month with a sweet delight like atta ka halwa?
1 cup sugar 1 cup atta 2 cups water ½ tsp cardamom 1 tbsp cashews 1 tbsp badam ½ cup ghee
Add flour and continuously stir it until it releases aroma and turns brown.
In another pan, heat water and dissolve sugar in it.
Once the atta is roasted, add the sugar solution to it and cook the ingredients.

As the consistency of the halwa starts thickening, sprinkle chopped cashews and almonds on top.
Sprinkle crushed cardamom and melted ghee before serving atta halwa.
