1/2 cup hung curd 1 chopped onion 1 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp chilli flakes Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 cup boiled beetroot 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp mustard seeds Handful of curry leaves

In a bowl add hung curd. Add chopped onion, coriander, pepper, chili flakes, and boiled beetroot.

Mix everything together. Also, heat two bread slices.

Apply this dahi beetroot mixture on one side and cover it with another bread slice.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Toast the sandwich from both sides. Serve and enjoy!
