Beetroot Smoothie: An Immunity Booster For The Flu Season

Made along with carrots, this beetroot smoothie is perfect for building immunity during winter.

Ingredients

4 medium sized beetroots 1 small carrots 3 tsp sugar 1 cup milk

Step 1

Peel and chop beet and carrots into 1-inch pieces. Transfer all the ingredients to a blender jar and blend it until smooth.

Step 2

Pass through a strainer and collect the juice at the bottom. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
