Made with wheat flour, ghee and shredded beetroot, this paratha is perfect all three meals of the day. Here is an easy recipe to make beetroot paratha at home.

1 cup wheat flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp ghee 1 beetroot (shredded) 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt as per taste

In a bowl, add flour, salt, ghee and knead a dough with a slightly warm water. Allow it rest for 10 minutes.

Then take the shredded beetroot in another bowl and add salt, pepper and red chilli. Combine well.

Next, make roundels of the prepared dough and fill one scoop of the filling and close the dough.

Now roll it out like paratha and cook it on a tawa on the both the sides. Serve hot with any of your favourite side dish.
