Beetroot juice is a powerhouse of nutrients, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It boosts stamina, aids in detoxification, and enhances skin health, making it a valuable addition to your diet.
1 beetroot 1 apple 1 carrot 1 piece of ginger (about 1 inch) Juice of 1 lemon 1 cup water A pinch of salt
Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot, apple, carrot, and ginger into small pieces.
Add the chopped beetroot, apple, carrot, and ginger to a blender. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
If you prefer a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and stir well.
Pour the juice into a glass. You can add a pinch of salt for taste if desired. Serve fresh to enjoy the maximum nutritional benefits.
