Ingredients for Dosa Batter - 250 gms Raw Rice 125 gram Black Rice flakes - A hand full 1 nos Beetroot Coconut chutney 1 cup Grated coconut 1 inch Ginger - thin slice 1 nos Green chilli 2 nos Shallots salt - as per taste Water

Mint-Coriander leaves Chutney - 1 cup Grated coconut Coriander leaves - A hand full 10 nos Mint leaves - leaves big 2 nos Shallots salt - as per taste Water 

Step 1

Add rice flakes and soaked raw rice, black gram together into a mixer grinder and make fine paste. 

Step 2

Transfer into a container for 8 hours to ferment. After 8 hours, add finely grounded beetroot and salt into the batter.

Step 3

Wait for 10 minutes, Start make the delicious beetroot dosa by spreading some ghee on it.
