1 cup besan (gram flour) 1/2 cup grated beetroot 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves Oil for cooking
Combine besan, grated beetroot, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and salt to make a smooth batter.
Stir in chopped coriander leaves. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve.
