Beetroot Chaat is a vibrant and nutritious snack, perfect for a healthy and delicious treat any time of the day.
2 medium-sized beetroots, boiled and diced 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 small tomato, finely chopped 1 small cucumber, finely chopped 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
In a large bowl, combine diced beetroot, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately for the best taste.
