This tart is as tasty as it is beautiful. Strawberry goes well with sweet desserts! This recipe is heaven for desserts lovers!
1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. granulated sugar 1/2 c. cold unsalted butter 2 tbsp. ice water 3 c. Dry beans or rice 1 package cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup cold heavy cream 1 1/2 lb. Strawberries
Mix the flour, butter, salt, and 1 tablespoon sugar. When the dough starts to come together, add water and pulse.
Now Refrigerate until chilled, Heat oven to 375 ° F. Take dough and Roll it.
Cut off any excess material after fitting the crust into the bottom and up the edges of the tart pan.
Bake the tart for for 20 minutes. Until lightly golden brown, let it cool, add beaten cream cheese and sugar.
Over the crust's base, Spread the cream cheese mixture lightly over the top to create a smooth surface.
Top with strawberries. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
