Since summers seem to have knocked on our doors early this year, you can gear up with some refreshing mocktails to beat the heat.
Citrus-based fruits like lemon, oranges etc. are known to contain Vitamin C which keeps cough and cold at bay and keeps you hydrated during summers.
Take some sliced mangoes, paired with chopped melon and herbal flavours of hibiscus. Infuse them in sparkling water or non-alcoholic beer and drink up.
You’ll need lots of juices, like orange, mango, peach, ginger and lime juice to prepare this concoction. Top the glass with orange slices for garnish.
Squeeze out all the juices and shake well. Pop in ice cubes in the shaker for best results. Take a glass and throw in your mix with ginger pieces as garnish.
This pretty blue drink is not just calming in appearance but in taste too. Make a blueberry syrup with water and sugar, add the lime juice and cool down. Your mocktail is ready.
The freshly-plucked mint leaves, paired with mango juice are a heavenly combination. Flavour with lime juice and chaat masala.
