Cottage cheese has been gaining importance lately. The creamy, curd filled dairy product is rich in rich in protein, low in cholesterol and filled with nutrients. The cottage cheese ice cream has become viral and is being loved by many. Made with just 4 ingredients, it is super creamy. If you're thinking of an healthy ice cream, here is the recipe for you:
3 cups full fat cottage cheese 3 tablespoon peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Add cottage cheese, peanut butter and honey to a food processor. Blend them until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips
Transfer the mixture in a loaf pan and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
Remove from the freezer. Let it thaw for few minutes. Scoop and serve.
