Beat The Heat With Refreshing Mango Chia Seed Popsicle

Cool down and enjoy a healthy treat with homemade mango chia seed popsicles. Bursting with tropical mango flavor and packed with nutritious chia seeds.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes 1 cup coconut water 2 tbsp  chia seeds 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Step 1

In a blender add mangoes and coconut water blend until smooth. Pour the mango it  into a bowl and add chia seeds.

Step 2

Stir well. Add honey and mix. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, and freeze until set.

Step 3

Once set remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the bottom.

Step 4

Serve the mango chia seed popsicles immediately and enjoy!
