Banana wine is a wonderful blend of sweetness and fermentation, creating a delightful tropical libation. Made with perfectly ripened bananas, this extraordinary drink guarantees a one-of-a-kind and delicious taste adventure.

2 kg palayamkodan Banana 1 kg Brown Sugar 1 tsp Instant Yeast 3 red Chilies (dried) 5 pieces Cardamom 5 pieces Clove 2 pieces Cinnamon 1 small piece of Ginger 2 litres of water
Put two litres of water on to boil, then set it aside to cool. Mix ground red peppers with ground cardamom, clove, cinnamon, and ginger.
You can start by peeling the bananas and then gently crushing them. Grab a fresh jar and carefully place the banana, sugar, crushed masala mix, and yeast inside.
Pour some water into the container, give it a good stir, cover it with a lid, and set it aside overnight. The next morning, carefully strain the wine and transfer it into glass jars for storage. Your banana wine is ready.
