People incorporate milk in their diet in several ways. While some like to have it warm and some like it cold. However, milk takes time to get digested. Although we consume haldi doodh, or make smoothies with fruits, there are certain foods which you can’t consume with milk. Take a look at them
Having milk with banana induce cold and allergy symptoms in many individuals. Besides, it takes log time to digest, which may lead you to feeling fatigue.
If you are a meat, fish or egg lover, avoid having milk together. The combination can lead to chemical changes in the body which can ultimately cause digestive problems.
Never consume citrus fruits with milk as milk coagulates. It causes gas and heat burn and takes a toll on your health. It can also lead to congestion, cold, cough, rashes, and allergies.
Raddish and milk is a deadly combination. It may cause burning sensation in the stomach and is difficult to digest.
Combining milk and lemon is bad for the digestive system. Milk acts as a laxative and melons have diuretic properties which when mixed can lead to acidity.
