One way to begin your morning is to consume a healthy smoothie prepared with bananas. It will load your body with essential nutrients and provide you with a fulfilling experience. Here is a quick recipe to try.
2 tbsp crushed dry fruits 3 bananas ¼ tsp cinnamon powder ¼ tsp cardamom powder 2 glasses of milk Sugar to taste
Peel bananas and roughly chop them.
Add them to a blender and combine with milk and sugar.
Add some ice cubes to the appliance to achieve a thick consistency.
Pour the ingredients into a jar. Add cardamom and cinnamon powder.
Add crushed dry fruits in glasses and top them with a banana smoothie.
Serve the smoothie with breakfast or consume it as a mid-morning or pre-workout snack.
