Made with oats, eggs and ripe bananas, this dish is perfect to start your day in a healthy way. Here is an easy recipe to make banana pancake at home.
1 ripe banana 1 large egg 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon quick oats Syrup of your choice
Place the peeled banana in a bowl and mash well with a fork. Add egg, cinnamon, and oats to the mashed banana and mix it all together until well blended.
Add a little oil to a griddle and heat it. Drop batter in large spoonfuls onto this. Allow them to cook until almost fully done before flipping to brown on the bottom.
Serve warm, topped with sliced banana if you like and syrup of your choice.
