Banana Dosa is a South Indian dish made with ripe bananas and semolina dosa batter, offering a delightful mix of flavours. This instant recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, especially loved by kids.
1 banana, chopped 1 cup rava (semolina) ¾ cup poha (flattened rice) 1 cup curd 2 tbsp jaggery ½ tsp cardamom powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp turmeric ¼ tsp baking soda
In a mixer jar, take 1 chopped banana. Add 1 cup rava, ¾ cup poha, 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp jaggery, ½ tsp cardamom powder, and ½ tsp salt.
Blend to a smooth batter, adding water as required. Transfer the batter into a large bowl and add ¼ tsp turmeric. Mix well.
Add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix gently until the batter becomes frothy.
Pour the batter onto a hot tawa and cook until the top of the dosa is cooked completely.
