Banana Chips Recipe: Easy Steps To Make It At Home

Ingredients

4 green unripe bananas 3 cups water 1 tsp turmeric 2 cups coconut oil 1 tbsp chili powder Salt to taste  

Step 1

Slice bananas and put them into water with salt and turmeric. Let it stay and drain properly.  

Step 2

Heat a kadhai and add oil. When it starts smoking, add banana slices. 

Step 3

Fry until the chips are golden and drain out extra oil.

Step 4

Now, sprinkle salt and chilli powder on the chips and let them cool. 

Step 5

Store the chips in an air-tight container and enjoy!
