Gooey brownies are one of the best desserts. If you have a sweet tooth and want to bake brownies, you can make them just like how your favourite cafe serves them with this step-wise guide.
Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted 1.75 cups powdered sugar 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1.75 cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup chocolate chips
Step 1
Preheat the oven and prepare a baking tray. Whisk melted butter and sugar.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 3
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the baking pan and smoothen the top.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Don't overbake, or you'll lose that fudgy goodness.
Step 6
Let the brownies cool. Cut them into slices and enjoy.
