Bananas are great ingredients for desserts. If you love the fruit, you should definitely try making sweet banana cupcakes as a mid-day snack or for a light dessert to pair with your evening chai.
Maida - 2 cups Milk - 1/2 cup Mashed bananas - 1.5 cups Sugar - 1 cup Butter - 1/2 cup Eggs - 2 Baking soda - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Preheat the oven, grease the cupcake moulds, and set aside till you make the batter.
Mix maida, baking soda, and salt together.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, butter, sugar, mashed bananas, and milk.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together to get a batter and pour it into the moulds.
Bake for about 20 minutes and let them cool before icing the cupcakes.
