Popular in Rajasthan and Gujarat, this immunity boosting drink provides warmth during the chilly days of winter. Here is an easy recipe to make bajra ki raab at home.

1/2 cup jaggery 1/2 cup milk 4 tbsp bajra flour 1 tsp ghee A pinch of ginger powder A pinch of cardamom powder

In a large bowl, add some warm water and soak the jaggery for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile in a non-stick pan, add ghee and cook the flour until the colour changes.

In another pan add the jaggery water and boil in low flame. Then in the flour mix, add the jaggery water and some milk, mix well.

Cook for 5 minutes and add ginger powder and cardamom powder.

Drizzle shaved nuts on the top and serve hot.
