1 1/2 cup bajra flour 2 potatoes Salt to taste 1 tsp ajwain 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder

Boil potatoes and peel them off. Mash the boiled potatoes and keep them aside.

In a bowl, add bajra flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, ajwain & red chili powder.

Add hot water and knead to make a soft dough. Make balls of dough and flatten them into small thick rotis.

Heat tawa and place the roti over it. Cook the roti from both sides.
