While coffee, tea, juice, and smoothies are popular accompaniments with your breakfast, you can get a little desi with a glass of badam shake. It is nutritious, healthy, and oh-so fulfilling that it will prevent you from munching in between meals.
⅓ cup soaked almonds 5-6 non-soaked almonds 1 glass milk ¼ cup chopped dry fruits ¼ tsp cardamom powder 1 tbsp custard powder Sugar to taste
Soak almonds overnight and peel their skin in the morning.
Add milk to a heavy-bottom pan and bring it to a boil. Add custard powder to it.
Turn off the flame, add sugar, and stir until it dissolves completely.
Once the concoction cools down, add soaked almonds and blend the mixture.
Transfer the shake to a glass, add cardamom powder, and top it with dry fruits and crushed almonds.
Serve with ice and enjoy with desi breakfast delights.
