Summer vacations are almost over and kids are all set to go back to school. Here are seven healthy yet delicious lunch box dishes your kids should have for their meals.
Prepare whole wheat parathas stuffed with a variety of finely chopped vegetables like carrots, paneer and pickled vegetables.
Prepare a flavorful vegetable biryani using basmati rice, mixed vegetables, spices and add protein sources like chickpeas and paneer.
Use brown rice, vegetables, dry fruits, nuts and plenty of soya chunks to make this pulao.
Cook whole wheat pasta and toss it with a variety of colorful veggies like cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and a homemade dressing.
Make a chaat using mix sprouts, chopped vegetables and sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice on top.
Prepare upma using semolina and a mix of vegetables, dry fruits, nuts and even soy chunks if you feel like it.
Make these using whole wheat bread and fill them with thinly sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and mashed avocado or paneer.
