Ragi pancakes are a wholesome and delicious breakfast option, packed with calcium and fibre. These gluten-free pancakes are perfect for a healthy start to your day.
1 cup ragi (finger millet) flour ¼ cup whole wheat flour 1 tbsp jaggery or honey 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp cinnamon powder 1 cup milk (or almond milk for a vegan option) 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt Oil or butter for cooking
In a bowl, mix ragi flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt. Add milk, jaggery, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil or butter. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it slightly.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve warm with fruits, honey, or your favourite syrup.
