Avocado Garlic Toast: Instant Solution To Your Hunger Pangs

Among many snack videos on social media platforms, avocado and garlic toast are a few on the list with millions of views. Well, the snack deserves all the attention, especially if you get hangry in the evening and need an instant solution. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients

2 bread slices 1 ripe avocado 1-2 tbsp olive oil 2-3 garlic cloves ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp red chilli flakes Salt to taste Burrata (optional)

Step 1

Toast the slicer of bread until they are crispy and golden brown.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat garlic in olive oil until the cloves turn soft and mushy.

Step 3

Scoop out the avocado and slice it or mash it in a small bowl. 

Step 4

Pour olive oil on toast, mash garlic cloves, and spread slices of avocado.

Step 5

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and red chilli flakes on the top.

Step 6

Drizzle olive oil and place the burrata if you have it in your pantry. Bite into the toast and enjoy.
