Moringa, also known as the "drumsticks," is packed with nutrients and adds a unique flavour to soups. Incorporating moringa into your soup is simple and offers a healthful, flavourful boost.
Wash moringa leaves thoroughly and remove them from the stems.
Begin with a base of onions, garlic, and ginger, sautéing them until fragrant.
Toss in the moringa leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water, broth, or vegetables and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, or spices to taste and serve hot!
