Gothambu dosa, made with whole wheat flour, is a nutritious and quick breakfast option famous in South India.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 cup rice flour 1/4 cup semolina 1/2 cup sour yoghurt 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/2 inch piece of ginger, grated A few curry leaves, chopped Salt to taste Water, as needed Oil, for cooking
Add whole wheat flour, rice flour, semolina, salt, green chilli, grated ginger, and chopped curry leaves in a bowl.
Gradually pour in sour yoghurt and mix well. Add water to make a smooth batter. Let it rest.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it in a circular motion.
Drizzle oil around the edges of the dosa. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
