Savour the goodness of whole wheat flour and natural jaggery in this delectable dry cake. Nutty, sweet, and healthy.
1 cup whole wheat flour (atta) 1/2 cup jaggery, grated or powdered 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter) 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp cardamom powder 1/2 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish. In a bowl add atta, jaggery, cardamom powder, baking powder, and salt.
Now add melted ghee into the flour mixture. Add milk gradually to form a smooth batter.
Now Fold in the chopped nuts and mix well. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Once baked, let it cool. Cut and serve!
