1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter) 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Pinch of saffron strands Chopped nuts
Heat ghee and add whole wheat flour. Roast until it turns golden brown.
Add sugar and milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Stir in cardamom powder and saffron strands. Cook until done.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped nuts.
