Aprajita Jackfruit Phirni By Charusheela : An Innovative Dessert

Ingredients

1/2cup rice flour (little thick flour- made at home) ¾ ltr milk 11/2 cup Jackfruit pieces Half cup sugar Half cup butterfly pea fresh flower extract ( made from fresh 30 flowers kept in hot water) ¼ cup Badam and Pistachio long cut pieces 1tsp cardamom powder 1tsp pure ghee.

Step 1

First place a thick bottom pan on gas and add ghee and rice flour fry till a little golden brown . 

Step 2

Now add milk and keep on stirring till the milk gets thick. After that add sugar and stir for another 2 minutes.

Step 3

Turn off gas and add Aparajita (butterfly pea flower) extract and Jackfruit pieces and mix well.
