Winter Special: How To Make Apple Kheer

Winter calls for sweet indulgence and we are here for it. So here it is, a thick, delicious pudding made with apples and cottage cheese. Enjoy. 

Ingredients

1/4 cup grated apple 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts 1.50 cup low-fat milk 1.50 tablespoon quick cooking rolled oats 1 tsp sugar 

Step 1

Take a non-stick pan and combine all ingredients. This kheer is also very healthy, since it uses low-fat milk and oats. 

Step 2

 Let it come to a boil but make sure you keep stirring occasionally

Step 3

Cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. And serve hot garnished with nuts and dry fruits of your choice.
